A 12-week on-demand training program: One comeplete rebuild
This is where the excuses end.
And the rebuilding begins.
No gym required.
No experience required.
No perfect timing required.
Just you, the work, and a program designed to meet you exactly where you are and move you somewhere you have never been.
You are not starting over.
You are starting from power.
Ground Zero builds the body, the mind, and the foundation that holds when everything else tries to fall apart.
This is resurrection.

The Resurrection
Every fighter has a Ground Zero
You did not end up here by accident.
Something happened.
Life got hard. The body got put last.
You stopped showing up for yourself and somewhere along the way you forgot what it felt like to be strong.
Ground Zero is not about where you have been.
It is about what you are about to build.
This is not a comeback.
This is a resurrection.

Every session has a purpose. Here is yours.
Mission 1 — The Funeral
Before you can rebuild, something has to end.
Full body introductory workout paired with your baseline measurements and a commitment that does not have a back door. This is where it begins.
Mission 2 — Weaponized Muscle
Strength is not about how much you lift. It is about how well you use what you have.
Upper body strength training focused on form, tempo, and control. We build the weapon correctly before we load it.
Mission 3 — Core Under Fire
Your core is not a vanity muscle. It is your command center.
Dedicated core workout covering breathing, bracing, and stabilization. This one session changes how every other workout in the program feels.
Mission 4 — Own the Room
The gym does not belong to anyone else. It belongs to the woman who shows up.
Lower body strength training…squats, lunges, hinges, and single leg work… paired with the mindset lesson that makes showing up easier every time after this.
Mission 5 — Run the Gauntlet
Cardio is not the enemy. It is the edge.
HIIT cardio session built to develop cardiovascular capacity and mental endurance. Work intervals, rest intervals, and the moment in the middle where you find out what you are made of.
Mission 6 — Bend So You Don't Break
The most overlooked weapon in your arsenal is the ability to move freely without pain.
Full body mobility session covering hips, spine, shoulders, and hamstrings. Harder than it looks and more important than most people realize.
Bonus — Discipline Over Dopamine
The hardest battle in fitness is not in the gym.
Your choice of any Ground Zero session repeated with intention. The lesson is about what keeps you showing up long after the program ends. This one does not expire.
Mission 7 — Fuel the Fighter
You cannot build a weapon on empty.
Active recovery session combined with the most practical nutrition lesson in the program. Protein, hydration, and why what you do between sessions matters as much as the sessions themselves.
Mission 8 — The Weight Is a Lie
The number on the scale never told you the whole truth.
Full body strength and conditioning workout paired with a progress check. We look at your real results…the ones the scale cannot measure.
Mission 9 — Recover Like a Warrior
Recovery is not the absence of training. It is training in a different form.
Restorative recovery flow covering foam rolling, mobility work, and stretching. Sleep, stress, and rest days covered…because the warrior who recovers well lasts longest.
Mission 10 — Savage Sweat
Discipline is not a personality trait. It is a practice.
Full body conditioning circuit that tests everything you have built over the last nine missions. Strength, cardio, and endurance; nothing left on the table.
Mission 11 — The Crucible
This is the mission that separates the women who finish from the women who almost did.
The hardest workout in Ground Zero. Full body, every energy system, every major muscle group. This is where mental toughness stops being a concept and becomes something you own.
Mission 12 — Forged
You came into Ground Zero as raw material. You leave as something built on purpose.
Graduation workout and full fitness reassessment. We retest every benchmark from Mission 1 and measure what twelve weeks of consistent work actually produces.
